Legend Lily sells digital products. No physical shipping is required unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

1. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your digital product is normally delivered immediately through a download link on the order confirmation page, your account download area, or an email notification.

In rare cases involving payment review, technical delays, or email delivery issues, access may take up to 24 hours.

2. Download Access

Download links may have expiry limits or download-count limits to protect the files. Please download and back up your purchased files promptly.

If your download link expires, fails, or reaches its limit before you can access the product, contact us and include your order number.

3. Support
